Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Edge Keepers (edgekeepers.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what the app needs to work, and we do not sell your personal information. Questions? Email edgekeepers@gmail.com.

• Account details: your email address and an encrypted password, handled by our authentication provider.
• Your journal: the trades, plans, reviews, rituals, goals, and notes you enter, along with the game progress derived from them (XP, levels, streaks, badges).
• Profile and social data you choose to add: a display name, username, and any sharing preferences for friends or squads. Sharing is off by default.
• Basic technical data needed to run a web app, such as your session and standard server logs.

• To provide the service: store your journal, compute your scores and progression, and show your dashboard and analytics.
• To generate AI Mentor feedback when you request it, by sending the relevant trade and review text to our AI provider.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app, including preventing abuse and enforcing usage limits.
• To respond to you when you contact us or send feedback.

We do not use your trades to give you financial advice, and we do not sell your data to advertisers.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Edge Keepers:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Anthropic — processes the trade and review text you submit when you ask the Mentor for feedback.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Mentor feedback is generated on demand. Only when you trigger it do we send the relevant entry text to Anthropic to produce a response, which we then store on your account so you can read it again. If you would rather not use this feature, simply do not request Mentor feedback.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual entries in the app, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing edgekeepers@gmail.com. Some records may persist briefly in backups before they age out.

We use reputable infrastructure, encrypted connections, and per-user access controls so that your journal is visible only to you and to the people you explicitly choose to share with. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

• Access and correct your information directly in the app.
• Control what, if anything, you share with friends or squads. The default is private, and goals are never shared.
• Request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Edge Keepers is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Edge Keepers is operated from Thailand and uses providers that may process data in other countries. By using the service you understand your data may be processed outside your home country.

We will update this policy as the product grows and revise the date above when we do. Material changes will be surfaced in the app where appropriate.
