Edge Keepers (“Edge Keepers”, “we”, “us”) is a trading-journal application available at edgekeepers.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Edge Keepers.

Edge Keepers is a journaling and self-improvement tool for traders. It helps you record your trades, review your own decisions, and build disciplined habits through a game-like progression system, including an AI “Mentor” that comments on the entries you provide.

Edge Keepers is not financial advice. Nothing in the app, including scores, grades, analytics, or any AI-generated comment, is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. We are not a broker, a financial adviser, or a signal service. Trading carries risk and you can lose money. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and past performance never guarantees future results. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Edge Keepers.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

When using Edge Keepers you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or post content that is abusive, harassing, or harmful.
• Attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its security or usage limits.
• Scrape, resell, or commercially redistribute the service without our permission.

The trades, notes, and reviews you enter remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you, including sending the relevant parts to our AI provider to generate Mentor feedback at your request (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you submit.

Edge Keepers is offered during an early access period and is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own records of anything important to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Keepers and the people behind it are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is a tool for reflection and education, and you use it at your own risk.

You can stop using Edge Keepers and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Edge Keepers after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms can be sent to edgekeepers@gmail.com.
